Zoo Tycoon est un jeu de gestion sur Xbox One dans lequel le joueur doit construire son propre parc animalier. Il lui faut alors s'occuper du bien-être de ses pensionnaires, mais aussi de ses visiteurs en construisant les infrastructures nécessaires : boutiques, restaurants, etc. Il est également possible dÂ’interagir avec les animaux avec Kinect ou bien de se promener en voiturette.
