Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus est un jeu de combat en 2D sur Wii. Le titre apporte deux nouveaux combattants (Kliff Undersn et Justice) pour un total de 25 personnages. Un mode Histoire est disponible ainsi qu'un mode Survival et Battle Royal dans lesquels on peut créer son équipe de trois.
