Gran Turismo sur PSP est un jeu de courses comportant 800 véhicules et 35 circuits. Le mode solo propose des courses simples, des courses contre-la-montre, des épreuves de drift et un mode d'aide au pilotage. Le jeu est jouable jusqu'â 4 en ad hoc et les joueurs ont la possibilité d'échanger les voitures entre eux.
