Lotus Turbo Challenge est un jeu de courses sur Megadrive. Choisissez votre Lotus préférée et lancez-vous dans des courses endiablées contre 16 concurrents dirigés par l'ordinateur. Le jeu repose sur un système de checkpoint, chaque course est divisée en segments et le joueur dispose d'un temps limité pour passer de l'un à l'autre. Un mode deux joueurs est également de la partie.
