Bubsy II est la suite des aventures du petit lynx sur Megadrive. Après avoir battu Woolies, Bubsy s'attaque à une aventure bien plus dangereuse. Un manoir va l'envoyer dans plusieurs lieux et époques différentes. En courant toujours aussi vite et en sautant toujours aussi haut, le petit lynx parcourt les niveaux et tue les ennemis en leur sautant dessus.
