Toy story sur Megadrive est un jeu d'action mettant en scène les célèbres Buzz l'éclair et Woody du célèbre film d'animation de Pixar. Le joueur prend le contrôle de Woody, armé de son lasso dorsal, il devra braver les obstacles et ainsi sauver son compagnon. Chacun des niveaux est basé sur un passage du film ce qui ravira les fans.
