Decap Attack est un jeu de plates-formes sur Megadrive. Le joueur incarne Chuck D. Head, la créature d'un savant fou. Chuck ressemble à une momie à qui il manquerait la tête. Heureusement une paire d'yeux lui permet d'y voir clair et de se défendre contre les ennemis. Le maléfique Max D. Cap surgit de l'autre monde pour asseoir sa domination et c'est à Chuck de l'en empêcher ! Ce jeu est inspiré du jeu japonais Magical Hat no Buttobi Turbo! Daibouken.
