Crackdown est un jeu d'action et de courses sur Xbox 360. En plein coeur d'une ville en forme d'archipel, vous travaillez pour l'Agence, et devez ainsi éradiquer six gangs différents, avec à chaque fois de nombreux ennemis à tuer avant d'arriver au chef de l'organisation. Un large éventail d'armes et de munitions est à votre disposition pour annihiler la racaille. Le titre dispose également de nombreuses phases au volant de bolides pour des courses acharnées.
