Aliens vs Predator est un jeu de tir à la première personne sur Xbox 360. L'histoire se déroule autour de la découverte d'une très ancienne pyramide. Comme dans les précédents opus, le jeu offre la possibilité d'incarner au choix un Predator, un Alien ou un Marine, chacun ayant sa propre campagne en lien avec les autres. Le mode multijoueur permet aux trois races de s'affronter dans des parties en ligne.
