MagnaCarta II est jeu de rôle qui nous propose de suivre Juto et ses compagnons, les seuls êtres capables de mettre un terme à la terrible guerre civile qui ravage le royaume de Lanzheim. Le soft offre six personnages jouables, quatre magiciens aux pouvoirs différents et deux combattants au corps à corps, mais seuls trois d'entre eux peuvent être actifs sur le terrain en même temps.
