Basé sur un scénario consistant à éliminer les quatre gangs qui sévissent dans un New-York postapocalyptique, il propose quatre personnages de base et de nombreux ennemis à débloquer comme les poids lourds Abobo et Burnov, mais aussi les agiles Linda et Chin Tai Mei ainsi que les cinq boss principaux, comprenant l’iconique MG Willy ou encore Duke de Super Double Dragon.
