Wargroove est un jeu de stratégie au tour par tour jouable jusqu’à 4 joueurs où chacun des joueurs peut prendre possession d'une armée et son commandant afin de livrer des batailles sur le front ennemi. Le jeu est jouable seul ou a plusieurs en local ou en ligne. Il est décrit comme facile à prendre en main mais difficile à maîtriser. Le tout dans un très joli style pixel-art.
