Toy Story sur Super Nintendo est un jeu de plates-formes basé sur le film d'animation du même nom. Il place le joueur dans la peau de Woody qui doit sauter et utiliser sa ficelle pour traverser les différents niveaux qui sont directement tirés du long métrage. Entre chaque niveau, l'histoire est racontée à travers du texte et des photos du film.
