UFC : Throwdown est un jeu de baston sur Gamecube dans l'univers de l'ultimate fighting où tous les coups sont permis. Le titre regroupe 28 combattants qui possèdent chacun un style de combats différent du jiujitsu, au karaté en passant par la boxe. Les modes de jeu sont Arcade, Training, Tournament (où vous choisissez les 8 combattants qui vont participer), Exhibition et UFC. Le multijoueur permet à  2 amis de se casser joyeusement les dents.
