007 : Quitte ou Double est un jeu d'action à la troisième personne sur Gamecube combinant infiltration, fusillades et conduite (voiture, moto, hélicoptère et tank). Le scénario proposé est inédit et ne s'inspire donc d'aucun film. De nouveaux mouvements sont possibles, comme la descente en rappel. James Bond a à sa disposition une vingtaine d'armes et de gadgets. En multijoueur, il est possible de choisir la coopération (deux joueurs) ou le match à mort (quatre joueurs).
