Reaper of Souls sur PC est la première extension de Diablo 3. Celle-ci introduit un nouvel acte, qui met en scène Malthaël, l'Ange de la Mort. Grâce au pouvoir de la pierre d'âme noire, il compte mettre fin au Grand Conflit. Le jeu introduit également une nouvelle classe, le Croisé ainsi qu'un mode de jeu inédit, le mode Aventure.
