Le Dr. Weil dirige Neo Arcadia d'une main de fer conduisant plusieurs humains à s'enfuir vers Aera Zero. Une guerre fratricide éclate finalement entre les deux parties. Zero et la Résistance se rangent du côté d'Area Zero et ferront tout pour éliminer la menace de Neo Arcadia. Ce jeu d'action/plates-formes se compose de plusieurs niveaux remplis d'ennemis et de boss à abattre.
