Alien : Isolation est un jeu d'infiltration dans lequel le joueur incarne Amanda. Fille de Ripley, l'héroïne du film Alien : le huitième passager, cette dernière part sur les trace de la boîte noire du Nostromo 14 ans après les faits, et s'embarque à bord de la station commerciale Sevastopol. La discrétion est de mise dans les couloirs et aérations de la gigantesque station, car les aliens et les humains sont loin d'être amicaux...
