Tetris & Dr. Mario est une réédition des deux puzzle-games sortis sur NES et Gameboy quelques années plus tôt. La compilation apporte des graphismes améliorés tout en conservant le principe de jeu. Dans cette version de Tetris, un mode deux joueurs a été ajouté tandis que le mode Mixed Match permet de faire un tournoi entre deux joueurs avec des manches aléatoires de Tetris et de Dr. Mario.
