F1 Challenge sur Saturn est un jeu de courses de Formule 1 vous permettant d'incarner cinq pilotes de renommée mondiale tels que Michael Schumacher ou Jean Alesi au volant de leur voiture sur six circuits, dont trois réels (Hockenheim, Monte Carlo et Suzuka). Le jeu possède également la licence et on retrouve donc tous les pilotes et toutes les équipes ayant participé à la saison de l'an 1995.
